How long will my order take to be made?
Usually 3-4 weeks from when order is placed. This may vary depending on how many item's & shipping time. If you need your order sooner as theres a time deadline , please contact us to see if possible.
How do I measure my ring size?
Recommended: Contact your nearest jewelry store and find out if they offer free ring size services. You are also welcome to contact us if you need help.
Easily Measure at home: Wrap a piece of string or paper around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length using a ruler. Then, consult a ring size chart using this measurement to determine your size.
How do I send you the ashes safely?
You can either choose to Drop off / Collect or use a shipping service we provide.
We will organise our trusted courier service to collect the ashes from you using The Courier Guys.
The collection date is chosen by you. We will send you the waybill to attach to your shipment. Carefully pack the ashes into a zip lock bag / closed lid box and make sure it is sealed well. NB: Please write your name on the bag. Place into a small cardboard shipping box with scrunched newspaper / anything inside to secure it. 1 Tbsp of ashes are plenty.
Any ashes remaining after will be returned to you along with the jewelry.
Is sterling silver Hypo-allergenic? (Good for sensitive skin)
Yes. The sterling silver we use is nickel free and won't cause itchy / rashy skin. Our 18K Gold plating is also hypo-allergenic but make sure you dont have any 18K gold alergies. Other options can be made available for your needs if this is the case.
Does the 18K Gold Plating Last?
It will last longer with proper care.
Our 18K Gold plating coats a base metal of sterling silver. To prolong the plating , take it off when swimming / showering / exercising and if a ring, washing dishes etc.
Do you offer Solid Gold Options?
Yes. On request we can use solid gold to craft anything in our catalogue / your own design.

What is the difference between Hidden & Visible ashes?
Visible ashes are when the ash particles are seen ontop of the resin colour / clear (no colour).
Hidden ashes must be chosen with a colour and will be mixed inside this colour so they will not be seen by the naked eye but rather , hidden inside the jewelry piece.
